    the hotel was in the very central setting to the check in area where the formalities were handled promptly. the breakfast was outstanding and absolutely superb and served in the terrace with a lot of food. thanks to the competent staff everything was very comfortable, including a lot of outstanding food.

    Staff interactions were warm and accommodating. Just a heads-up-watch out for the carpet dust if you're prone to allergies. The dining atmosphere added charm, but what we ordered was rather plain.

    The lake view room with a little balcony was spacious and cute, a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were genuinely professional and accommodating, particularly with our dining requests at the Japanese restaurant. We appreciated their flexibility allowing us to order different tasting menus without pressure. The location offered beautiful views of the lake, a definite highlight of our stay.

    The breakfast price felt excessive at $38 per person, a consideration .

    The view of the lake from my room was very nice, and I enjoyed a lovely breakfast delivered right to my door. The staff were cute and helpful. I appreciate that they catered to my request for a different tasting menu at dinner. It felt special. I noticed cleanliness throughout the hotel, often overlooked.     The spacious room with the fine lake view. We loved visiting the Alimentarium with fun insights about food, and treated ourselves to delicious meals in the exquisite restaurant overlooking the beautiful landscape.

    My wife says that a dedicated family pool time would really enhance the experience for everyone.
